SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-252 DISTRICT SK-252
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described Improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hureby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-252 A Five (5) Foot concrete sidewalk on both sides of
86th Street from Byron Avenue to Collins Avenue,ex-
cepting however, from this Improvement Lot 12,block 3,
Beach Bay Subdivision.
As said Street and Avenues are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat Book 44, Page 25, and Plat Book 4, Page 162,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as
said 86th Street is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such Improvement is hereby designated as District SK- 252
and is described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on both
sides of 86th Street between Harding Avenue and
Collins Avenue and abutting on the South side of
86th Street between Harding Avenue and Byron Avenue
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK -252, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District Sk- 252
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 11th DAY OF February, A.D.1959
