SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-254 DISTRICT SK-254
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described Improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council h .reby settir.g forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 ani 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-254 A Five (5) Foot concrete sidewalk on both sides of
84th Street from Hawthorne Avenue to Crespi Boulevard
As said Street, Avenue and Boulevard are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 67, and Plat Book
47, Page 103 of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the
cost of such Improvement is hereby designated as District SK- 254
and is described as follows : Lots 4 and 5,Block 7,and Lots 22, 23, 24,
27, 28,29,30,34,35,36,37 and 38,Block 8,Biscayne Beach Subdivision ac-
cording to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44,Page 67,of the
Public Records of Dade County,Florida,and Lot 3,Block 19,Biscayne Beach
3rd Addition according to Plat recorded in Plat Book 47,Page 103,of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-254 , and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District Sk- 254
