RESOLUTION NO. 10013
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS
SK-242 through SK-254 SK-242 through SK-254
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of February, 1959 , the City
Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
provements designated as Sidewalk Improvements SK-242
through SK-254, Districts SK-242 through SK-254,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvements and estimates of the
cost thereof, including estimates of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the Wynglompcil of Miami Beach on the 25th day of February,
1959,/a O:Mb . M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolutions ordering said improvements .
