Resolution 10014 RESOLUTION NO. 10014
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as
the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to exclude from
the "RD" Single-Family District and to include in the "RE"
Multiple-Family District, and in an appropriate Area District,
as said districts are set forth and defined in said ordinance,
that certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, described as follows, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 1, FLAMINGO TERRACE
SUBDIVISION, according to the
plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 10 at page 3 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 18th day of
March, 1959, at 11:15 o'clock a.m. in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by Public Notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 1959.
