Resolution 10021 RESOLUTION NO. 10021
WHEREAS HERMAN G. ROSENBAUM and FANNIE L. ROSENBAUM,
his wife, Owners, 1674 MERIDIAN CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
Lessee, and 1674 MERIDIAN BUILDING INC. , a Florida corporation,
Sub-Lessees, of that certain property lying, being and situate in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
Lot Five (5) and the northerly five (5)
feet of Lot Four (4) , Block Thirty-Six
(36) , Amended Plat of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 6 at page 26 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
have requested the City of Miami Beach to authorize and permit
certain openings in the walls surrounding the Municipal Parking
Lot situate on the following described property, to wit:
Lots Two (2) , Three (3) , and the southerly
forty-five (45) feet of Lot Four (4) and
Lots Eleven (11) to Fifteen (15) both
inclusive, Block Thirty-Six (36) of Amended
Plat of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6,
page 26 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
for the purpose of permitting ingress and egress to the said
Municipal Parking Lot and the building proposed to be constructed
on the premises of the aforesaid parties, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
setting forth the terms and conditions of the said permit and
license, the terms of which are familiar to the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to be to the best interest of the City to enter into
said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
