Resolution 10022 RESOLUTION NO. 10022
WHEREAS SERVET ZEKO of Miami Beach, Florida, is the
Concessionaire of "The Beach Equipment Rental Concession" in
Miami Beach Ocean Front Park near 46th Street, and
WHEREAS the expiration date of the said concession
is April 30, 1959, and
WHEREAS the Concessionaire desires to extend the said
concession agreement for a period of three years commencing
May 1, 1959, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an extension
agreement with the terms of which the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach is familiar, and
WHEREAS the City Council deems it to be to the best
interests of the City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the said
extension agreement for and in the name of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1959.
