SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-237 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the North side of
North Stillwater Drive, the North side of Stillwater
Drive and on the South side of Stillwater Drive from
the easterly line of Lot 62, Block 15 to the southerly
line of Lot 1, Block 15 on the north side; and from the
southerly line of Lot 1, Block 16 to the northerly line
of Lot 58, Block 16 on the south side, Biscayne Beach
Second Addition.
As said North Stillwater Drive and Stillwater Drive,
Lots , Block and Subdivisions are shown on a Plat re-
corded on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 46 at Page 39
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Speci-
fications and Estimates , the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings , the preparation of bonds , interest during con-
struction, legal services , abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-237 and is
described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on the
north side of North Stillwater Drive and Stillwater
Drive and lying between the easterly line of Lot 62,
Block 15 and the southerly line of Lot 1, Block 15 ;
and the lots or parcels of land abutting on the south
side of Stillwater Drive and lying between the south-
erly line of Lot 1, Block 16 and the northerly line
of Lot 58, Block 16.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-237 , and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District SK-237 .
