RESOLUTION NO. 10037
WHEREAS the introduction of natural gas within the
City of Miami Beach for distribution and sale to the residents
of the City of Miami Beach is imminent, and
WHEREAS the rates to be charged for natural gas is
a matter of vital importance to the City of Miami Beach and to
its residents,
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the Florida Railroad and Public
Utilities Commission be and it is hereby requested to hold a
public hearing, and to give due notice thereof to the City of
Miami Beach, prior to the adoption of any tariff or rate schedule
regulating the rates to be charged for the sale of natural gas
in the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 1959.
