OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IMPROVEMENT.

WHEREAS, Sidewalk Improvem-nt SK-238,
District SK-238 , has been complete: and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by tea City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meting of the City Council will be
held at 11 :00 o 'clock A. M. on April 15, A. D. ,
19 59 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested.
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April
