Resolution 10081 RESOLUTION NO. 10081
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolutions Nos. 9985 and 9990, passed and adopted
on the 4th day of February, 1959, ordered the construction of
Highway Improvements H-457 and H-462, respectively, and
WHEREAS, this Body has subsequently decided to abandon
these aforementioned contemplated improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolutions
Nos. 9985 and 9990, ordering said Highway Improvements H-457
and H-462, respectively, be and the same are hereby rescinded
and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, A. D. 1959.
