Resolution 10082 RESOLUTION NO. 10082
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolutions Nos. 10005 and 10010, passed and
adopted on the 4th day of February, 1959, ordered the
construction of Sidewalk Improvements SK-247 and SK-252,
respectively, and
WHEREAS, this Body has subsequently decided to abandon
these aforementioned contemplated improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolutions
Nos. 10005 and 10010, ordering said Sidewalk Improvements
SK-247 and SK-252, respectively, be and the same are hereby
rescinded and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, A.D. 1959.
