BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 11 :00 o'clock A.M. , on
April 15, 19 59 , it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above
designated improvements as to the acceptance thereof,
and no objections having been presented, said improve-
ments , as completed, be and the same are hereby
accepted.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of April,
A.D. 1959.
