RESOLUTION NO. 10110
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as
the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to divide the
City of Miami Beach into "Sign Districts" of such number,
shape and area as may be deemed best suited and necessary
to accomplish the objects and purposes of said Ordinance, and
for each such District to impose regulations and restrictions
designating the number, size and character of signs, whether
exterior or interior, which may be hereafter erected or displayed
in such Districts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 17th day of
June , 1959, at 11 :30 o'clock, in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration
of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by Public Notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
