RESOLUTION NO. 10115
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, at meetings held on the dates hereinafter set forth,
did appropriate the following sums from Unappropriated Current
Funds of the General Fund of the City of Miami Beach for
Improvements and Extensions of the Metered Parking System, as
follows:

WHEREAS the following Credits, representing excess of
appropriations (based on estimated cost) over actual cost, are
due the Surplus Revenues Fund of the Metered Parking System
from the City:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the expenditure of the
amounts required to meet the deficits hereinabove specified be
and the same is approved, ratified and confirmed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Depository, Miami
Beach First National Bank, be and it is hereby directed, pursuant
to the provisions of Resolution No. 9651 and Resolution No. 7127,
Section 4, to transfer said balance of $215,841.26 from the
Surplus Revenues Fund of the Metered Parking System to the City
of Miami Beach Miscellaneous Fund Account as and for reimbursement
to the City for funds expended by the City, from its General Fund,
for said improvements and extensions of the Metered Parking System,
as hereinabove set forth; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of
this resolution be transmitted forthwith to the Miami Beach
First National Bank of Miami Beach, Florida.
