Resolution 10124 SECTION 6: That the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to
present to the City Council, at its first meeting following
the holding of said election, the certificate of the said Clerk and
Inspectors as to the result of said election, whereupon this Body
shall canvass said certificate and declare the result .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of May, A.D. 1959.
