Resolution 10130 RESOLUTION NO. 10130
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Inspectors who conducted
the Primary Election held on June 9, 1959 for the purpose of electing
a Regular Employee from Group 1 of the City Employees to serve on the
Personnel Board, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No.
10123, as passed and adopted by the City Council on the 27th day of May,
1959, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns and certi-
ficate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said City
that it hereby adopts the said Certificate as the result of said Primary
Election, and does hereby declare the Regular Employee from Group 1
elected to the Personnel Board to represent City Employees in Group 1,
to fill the unexpired term of Sidney Unterberg, to be as follows :
GROUP 1: OZZIE KRUIDENIER (Elected by 116 votes out of
230 cast, being a clear
majority at the Primary Election)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 10th day of June, A.D. 1959.
