Resolution 10132 RESOLUTION NO. 10132
WHEREAS Dade-Miami Eastern Ambulance Service, Inc.
was the successful bidder for exclusive emergency ambulance
service in the City of Miami Beach in accordance with the terms
of those certain specifications dated March 18, 1959, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
covering the said ambulance service with the terms of which
agreement the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the said agreement for and in the name of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1959.
