Resolution 10133 RESOLUTION NO. 10133 WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is considering amending Section 5 of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, so as to include in the uses permitted in the "RE" Multiple-Family District: "Spas", the same being defined as a facility located in hotels having 100 or more guest rooms, and in which supervised massage rooms, steam baths, gymnasium facilities and related services are provided separately for men and women guests of such hotels, provided, however, that no intoxicating beverages be sold or served in such hotel, and that such hotels shall have a minimum of 750 square feet of lot area per guest room, with side yards of not less than 25 feet and with parking facilities of not less than one car space per hotel room, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 15th day of July, 1959, at 11:15 o 'clock a.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City.
