Resolution 10136 RESOLUTION NO. 10136
WHEREAS, after due notice, bids were opened on the
16th day of April, 1959 for the furnishing of prepared meals
for the prisoners of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, during
the ensuing year; and
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of May, 1959 the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, determined that CHARLES
MOUYOS, doing business as Al 's Restaurant, was the successful
bidder; and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
between the City and the said CHARLES MOUYOS, doing business as
Al' s Restaurant, which contains the terms of the specifications
which were the basis for said bids, the City Council being
familiar with the terms of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
