Resolution 10145 RESOLUTION NO. 10145
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that Resolution No. 9234 be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"1. That the Municipal Auditorium and
Exhibition Hall Advisory Board shall
henceforth consist of nine members
who shall serve without compensation
and shall hold office for a term of
one year.
2. That the appointment of the members of
the Municipal Auditorium and Exhibition
Hall Advisory Board shall be accomplished
by having each member of the City Council
designate one person, which person shall
be appointed by the City Council as a
member of the said Board, and the City
Council shall, in addition, elect two
additional persons by a majority vote. "
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1959.
