RESOLUTION NO. 10168
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk
and Inspectors who conducted the Primary Election held on
July 21, 1959 for the purpose of electing a Regular Employee
from Group 2 of the City Employees to serve on the Personnel
Board, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 10153,
as passed and adopted by the City Council on the 15th day of
July, 1959, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said
City that it hereby adopts the said Certificate as the result
of said Primary Election, and does hereby declare the Regular
employee from Group 2 elected to the Personnel Board to
represent City Employees in Group 2, to be as follows :
GROUP 2: STANLEY GLATTER (Elected by 82 votes out
of 128 cast, being a
clear majority at the
Primary Election. )
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 1959.
