Resolution 10173 RESOLUTION NO. 10173
WHEREAS it has been found and determined by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the
general welfare of said City requires and necessitates the
employment of a duly trained and qualified Inspector of
Kosher Foods, and
WHEREAS it has been found and determined by said
City Council that FRANK B. BRICKMAN possesses the necessary
qualifications as demonstrated by the performance of his
duties with the City of Miami Beach to date, and
WHEREAS there has been prepared a contract of
employment between the City of Miami Beach and the said
FRANK B. BRICKMAN, the City Council being familiar with the
terms, conditions and provisions of said agreement, and
said City Council deeming it to be to the best interest of
the City that said agreement be entered into,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said agreement in the name of and on behalf of
said City of Miami Beach.
