Resolution 10182 RESOLUTION NO. 10182
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of August, 1959, the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, duly
passed and adopted Resolution No. 10162 calling for a
public hearing on September 16, 1959, at 2:00 o'clock p.m.
to consider the request of the Miami Beach Railway Company
for an increase in bus fares, and
WHEREAS said Miami Beach Railway Company has
requested that said hearing be continued indefinitely,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that
Resolution No. 10162 be and the same is hereby rescinded,
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
give appropriate public notice thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1959.
