Resolution 10183 RESOLUTION NO. 10183 WHEREAS the agreement between the City of Miami Beach and ABRAHAM KAUFMAN, dated the 15th day of September, 1957, whereby the said ABRAHAM KAUFMAN was granted certain rights and privileges referred to therein as the "Food, Beverage and Beach Equipment Concession" on the Beach at the easterly end of 17th Street, and also on the Beach at the easterly end of 13th Street, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, will expire on the 14th day of September, 1959, and the parties mutually desire to extend the said agreement for an additional two-year period commencing on the 15th day of September, 1959 upon the identical terms and conditions as set forth in the original agreement between the parties; and WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement by the terms of which the said agreement is extended for an additional two year period commencing September 15, 1959, upon the same terms and conditions as set forth in the original agreement between the parties, with the terms of which the City Council is familiar; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the said extension agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
