Resolution 10188 RESOLUTION NO. 10188
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Miami Beach
Employees Retirement System heretofore entered into an
agreement on September 16, 1959, with Bankers Life and
Casualty Company of Chicago, Illinois to provide group
hospitalization for officers and employees of the City
of Miami Beach, and the City Council having been made
familiar with the terms, conditions and actuarial rates
thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said agreement
for said insurance be and the same is hereby approved,
in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 27730,
Special Acts 1951, Laws of Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of September,
1959.
