A RESOLUTION CALLING A H2ARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IMPROVEMENT.
WHITEWAY
IMPROVEMENT WW-131 DISTRICT WW-131
WHEREAS, Whiteway Improvement WW-131,
District WW-131 , has been completed and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by th3 City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10: 45 o 'clock A. M. on October 7, 1959
at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested.
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of September,
