Resolution 10205 RESOLUTION NO. 10205
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Resolutions No. 7127 and
No. 9651 , adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on the 8th day of March, 1950, and the 18th day of December, 1957,
respectively, the City Manager of said city prepared and on the 21st
day of October, 1959, submitted to the City Council a "proposed budget"
for the Metered Parking System covering the anticipated revenues and
balances in various funds and accounts, including surpluses and anti-
cipated expenditures of such revenues, funds, accounts and surpluses
for all purposes, including operation, maintenance, repairs, renewals
and replacements and the hiring of employees and services for the
operating year beginning January 1 , 1960, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and does approve said
proposed budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the said budget be and the same is hereby
adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October, A.D. 1959.
