A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING AND DESIGNATING
CLERKS AND INSPECTORS FOR THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL
ELECTION TO BE HELD ON DECEMBER 1, 1959 .
WHEREAS, for the purpose of holding and conducting the Special Municipal
Election to be held on December 1, 1959 , The City has been divided into nine
voting precincts or election districts , numbered 25A to 32, inclusive, the
boundaries of said precincts or districts having been officially described
in Resolution No . 10184, as passed and adopted by the City Council on
September 2, 1959 .
WHEREAS, official notice of said election is being published pursuant
to the provisions of Resolution No . 10184, passed and adopted by the City
Council on September 2, 1959 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That for the purpose of holding and conducting the said
Special Municipal Election on December 1, 1959 , nine election
boards be provided, the registration books of said City be divided into
nine parts corresponding to the voting precincts or election districts as
heretofore designated, and that for said purpose Clerks and Inspectors be
and they are hereby appointed and designated as follows :

ing, as prescribed by law, in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
