Resolution 10240 RESOLUTION NO. 10240
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, at meetings held on the dates hereinafter set forth,
did appropriate the following sums from Unappropriated Current
Funds, and Budgeted Funds of the General Fund of the City of
Miami Beach for Renewals and Replacements of the Metered Parking
System, as follows:

and,
WHEREAS, expenditures have been duly made in accordance
with said appropriations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Depository, Miami Beach
First National Bank, be and it is hereby directed, pursuant to the
provisions of Resolution No. 7127, Section 4, to transfer said sum
of $23,652.86 from the Renewal and Replacement Fund of the Metered
Parking System to the City of Miami Beach Miscellaneous Fund Ac-
count as and for reimbursement to the City for funds expended by
the City from its General Fund, for said Renewals and Replacements
of the Metered Parking System, as hereinabove set forth, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of
this resolution be transmitted forthwith to the Miami Beach First
National Bank of Miami Beach, Florida.
