SUBJECT Installation of Complimentary Tria CityGrader Kiosk in City Hall
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to share details on a new trial partnership with
CityGrader at no cost.
CityGrader is a simple and effective platform dedicated to increasing the quality and
accountability of local governments through reviews and feedback that come directly from the
public. Through the CityGrader platform, taxpayers play a meaningful role in making positive
change in local government by increasing the quality and accountability of public employees.
CityGrader is a web-based platform that is easy to access from any smartphone, tablet or
computer. In addition, through this complimentary trial partnership, CityGrader will install a
temporary kiosk in City Hall. This will be located on the third floor, outside of the Commission
Chambers. This location was chosen due to the high volume of traffic that passes by this area
each day. These kiosks will allow our residents and visitors to provide immediate feedback
during their visit to City Hall.
The Marketing and Communications Department will be will be monitoring all feedback on the
page to ensure the appropriate departments are notified of any comments and can respond
quickly.
