Resolution 10242 RESOLUTION NO. 10242
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as
the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to place the
following described parcels of land situate, lying and being
in the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 13 through 23, inclusive, INDIAN
BEACH CORPORATION'S SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 8 at page 61 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
Lots 1 through 30, inclusive, and
Lots 231 through 245, inclusive, all
in FIRST OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 9 at page 78 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
Lots 1 through 18, inclusive, Block 1,
AMENDED PLAT OF SECOND OCEAN FRONT
SUBDIVISION, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 28 at
page 28 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
in a "Height District" and designating the maximum permissible
height of buildings, parts of buildings, or other structures to
be hereafter constructed or reconstructed in said District, and
WHEREAS the said City Council is further considering
amending said ordinance and said maps so as to increase the
dimension of the rear yards of the hereinabove described parcels
of land,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 3rd day of
February, 1960 at 2:30 o' clock p.m. in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
