Resolution 10268 RESOLUTION NO. 10268
WHEREAS the Little River Bank and Trust Company,
as Trustee, has offered to lease to the City of Miami Beach
certain premises within the building commonly known as
355 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida, for the use of office
space, for a term of seven months commencing January 1, 1960,
at a rental of $1, 400 .00 payable in monthly installments of
$200 .00, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to be to the best interest of the said City to enter
into said lease for the term and at the rental hereinabove
set forth, for the said purpose, and
WHEREAS a lease agreement has been duly prepared
setting forth the aforesaid provisions, and the usual and
customary covenants with which the City Council is familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the mayor
and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the said lease in the name of and on behalf
of the said City and the disbursing officers of the City are
hereby authorized and directed to make the expenditures required
in accordance with the terms of said lease out of the funds of
the City available for such purpose.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, A.D.1960.
