Resolution 10337 RESOLUTION NO. 10337
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is authorized by law to act for the said City and to ex-
pend its funds for water works or sewerage systems; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has before it the follow-
ing described Plans, to-wit:
Plans of proposed water supply
line for the City of Miami Beach
on Julia Tuttle Causeway, State
Road No. 25
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida
State Board of Health for approval; and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to
said Florida State Board of Health for approval of said
Plans,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby approve
and accept said Plans and that Morris N. Lipp, City Manager,
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to submit for
consideration and approval to the Florida State Board of
Health the above-described plans .
