RESOLUTION NO. 1035 +
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, and
the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to
exclude from the "RC" Single-family district and to include in
the "RE" Multipla-Family District, as said districts are set
forth and defined in said ordinance, and in appropriate Cabana,
Parking and Area Districts, as said districts are defined in
said ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of Atlantic Way lying south
of the south line of 76th Street and
extending to the north line of 75th Street,
and Lot 3, of Block 8, according to the
corrected Plat of ALTOS DEL MAR NO. 1,
recorded in Plat Book 31 at page 40 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 3rd day of
August , 1960, at11 : 15o 'clock a.m. , in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration
of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
