Resolution 10381 RESOLUTION NO. 10381
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk and Inspectors
who conducted the Primary Election held on August 16, 1960, for
the purpose of nominating two candidates to be placed on the
ballot at an election held on August 23, 1960, for the purpose
of electing a Trustee for the Miami Beach Employees Retirement
System from Group 3 of the employees of the City of Miami Beach;
and
WHEREAS, there has also been submitted the Certificate of
the Clerk and Inspectors who conducted said Election held on
August 23, 1960;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it does hereby adopt the said
Certificate as the result of said Election held on August 23, 1960,
and does hereby declare Alfred A. Penfield to be elected as
Trustee to the Miami Beach Employees Retirement System to represent
the City Employees in Group 3.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 24th day of August, A. D. 1960.
