Resolution 10382 RESOLUTION NO. 10382
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Miami Beach
Employees' Retirement System heretofore entered into
an agreement on September 7, 1960, with Bankers Life
and Casualty Company of Chicago, Illinois to provide
group hospitalization for officers and employees of
the City of Miami Beach, and the City Council having
been made familiar with the terms, conditions and
actuarial rates thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said agree-
ment for said insurance be and the same is hereby ap-
proved, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter
27730, Special Acts 1951, Laws of Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, A.D. ,
1960.
