Resolution 10383 RESOLUTION NO. 10383 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the proposal of John Nuveen & Co. Inc. for bonds specified in said proposal, which bonds were authorized by the City Council in Resolution No. 10138, passed and adopted on June 17, 1959, is hereby determined to be the highest and best bid received for said bonds, said proposal being in the words and figures following: / 4 . 'J' City Council of the Advertisement and Blank City of Miami Beach, Florida ` ' Proposal Gentlemen: For $164,000 City of Miami Beach, Florida, Series 11. "Community Center and Teen-Age Activities Building Bonds", as described in the attached notice of sale, which is hereby made a part of this bid, we will pay for 3 35 _% bonds _ One Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand One Hundred Fifty and __ )ollars ($ 159,150.70 ) $164,000 and accrued interest to date of delivery.
