Resolution 10410 RESOLUTION NO. 10410
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that NATIONAL ASSOCIATION
OF LETTER CARRIERS, TROPICAL BRANCH #1071
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Augkkarimmxtuad Exhibition Hall for the purpose of
dance
on October 21, 1961;
and
WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Exh5bition Hall Manager and approved as to form
by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement,
and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of the said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Manager
is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms
and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
