RESOLUTION NO. 10453
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that BOWLING PROPRIETORS '
ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA, INC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Xmtttxaotxxxxxagl Exhibition Hall for the purpose of
Tournament
on December 18, 1961 up to and including January 18, 1962;
and
WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Manager and approved as to form
by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement,
and deems it to be for the best intern.°est of the City to authorize
the execution of the said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCTL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI PEACH, FLOR=D_A, hat the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Manager
is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms
and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
