Resolution 10425 RESOLUTION NO. 10425 WHEREAS, as of January 1, 1961 there will be in the Reserve Account of the Bond and Interest Redemption Fund of the Metered Parking System the sum of $240,000 .00, of which sum $30,000 .00 is required by the provisions of Resolution No. 7127 and Resolution No. 9651 to be expended for the redemption and retirement of Parking Revenue Bonds, Series 1950, in advance of maturity, and WHEREAS it is estimated that as of January 1, 1961, there will be in the Surplus Revenue Fund of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, Parking Revenue System the sum of $532, 406.39, of which sum $125, 345 .91 is required by the provisions of Resolution No. 9651 to be expended for the redemption and retirement of Parking Revenue Bonds in advance of maturity, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said sum of $155, 345 .91, or such portion thereof as shall be required, shall be expended for the redemption and retirement of Parking Revenue Bonds Series 1950, in accordance with the provisions of Resolutions No. 7127 and 9651, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,, that the Miami Beach First National Bank of Miami Beach, Florida, the Depositary designated in said Resolutions, be and it is hereby authorized and directed, in accordance with the provisions of Resolutions No. 7127 and 9651, to call for redemption and to thereafter redeem and retire all unretired Parking Revenue Bonds, Series 1950, from said sum of $155,345 .91. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Depositary, the Miami Beach First National Bank of Miami Beach, Florida, as sufficient evidence of the full and complete authority of said Depositary to so act in the premises.
