RESOLUTION NO. 10431
WHEREAS MAXINE STERN and DANIEL STERN were the successful
bidders for the Normandy Shores Golf Course Food and Beverage
Concession in accordance with the terms of those certain specifications
dated October 5, 1960 , and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
covering the said concession, with the terms of which agreement
the City Council is familiar, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to be to the best interest of the City to enter into
said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the said agreement for and in the name of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 196) .
