Resolution 10437 RESOLUTION NO. 10437
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
considering the amending of those portions of Sections 4-C, 4-D
and 5, of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida", reading:
"valet and massage service utilities"
to read
"valet and massage service facilities"

and the further amending of said Sections so as to provide for the
limiting of valet service facilities to use only by guests of the
hotel and for the prohibition of the installation or use of laundry
or dry cleaning machinery or equipment in such valet service
facilities, and for such other conditions or limitations upon the
use of such valet service facilities as may be deemed by the City
Council to be necessary,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and
the same is hereby called to be held on the 4th day of January,
1961, at 11:30 o'clock a.m. , in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1960 .
