Resolution 10492 RESOLUTION NO. 10492
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that that portion of Resolution No. 10450
reading as follows:
"3 . remove any existing public utility
installations in, on or under said
easterly 102.38 feet. "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"3 . agree with any affected public
utility for the removal or
continuance of any existing public
utility installations in, on or
under said easterly 102.38 feet. "
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1961.
