RESOLUTION NO. 10506
WHEREAS Norman Giller has agreed to perform necessary
professional services as Architect in the erecting of a
Community Center and Teen-Age Building in the City of Miami
Beach, for a fee of 6 3/4/ of the cost of said work, with other
payments and reimbursements to be made in accordance with the
A.I .A. Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Architect,
and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared such Standard
Form of Agreement, as above set forth, and the City Council being
familiar with the terms and provisions thereof, and deeming it to
be for the best interests of the City that said agreement be
executed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said agreement in the name of and in behalf of said City, and
the disbursing officers of the City are hereby authorized and
directed to make the expenditures required to comply with the
terms of said agreement out of the funds of the City available
for such purpose.
