Resolution 10532 RESOLUTION NO. 10532
WHEREAS Wometco Vending of South Florida: Inc. is the
holder of those certain rights and provisions known as "The
Automatic Coin-Operated Cold Soft Drink Dispensing Machines
Concession at Certain Municipal Bathing Beaches and Recreational
Facilities" in the City of Miami Beach under the terms and
provisions of a certain agreement dated June 17, 1959, and
WHEREAS the said agreement is scheduled to terminate
on May 31, 1961, and
WHEREAS the parties are desirous of extending the said
agreement for an additional period of two years, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an extension
agreement with the terms of which the City Council is familiar,
and
WHEREAS it is deemed to be in the best interests of the
City of Miami Beach to enter into the said agreement,
NOW: THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are, hereby authorized and directed to execute the said
agreement in the name of and on behalf of the said City .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1961.
