Resolution 10546 RESOLUTION NO. 10546
BE IT RESOLVED that the Honorable Millard Caldwell
be, and he is, authorized, as special counsel for the City,
to represent it professionally in or concerning any legislative
matter in which the City is, or may be, interested, or which
may affect the City; provided, however, that he shall agree
such representation shall be without any cost or expense
whatever to the City, it being the understanding of the Council
that his fees and expenses will be paid by civic groups and
interested citizens.
