Resolution 10560 RESOLUTION NO. 10560
WHEREAS by Resolutions No. 10540 and No. 10541
the City Council authorized the renewal of the agreements
therein referred to for an additional period of one year,
and
WHEREAS prior to the execution and delivery of
said renewal agreements, it has been agreed that said renewal
agreements shall be for a period of six (6) months, all other
provisions to be as heretofore set forth in said Resolutions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute and deliver the agreements described in said Resolution
No. 10540 and No. 10541, as modified by this Resolution, and
the proper disbursing officers of the City are authorized and
directed to disburse the sums therein specified.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, 1961.
