Resolution 10573 7 RESOLUTION NO. 10573 WHEREAS, after due notice, bids were opened on the 15th day of June, 1961, for the furnishing of prepared meals for the prisoners of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, during the ensuing year; and WHEREAS on the 21st day of June, 1961 the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, determined that CHARLES MOUYOS, doing business as Al ' s Restaurant, was the successful bidder; and WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement between the City and the said CHARLES MOUYOS, doing business as Al ' s Restaurant, which contains the terms of the specifications which were the basis for said bids, the City Council being familiar with the terms of said agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
