Resolution 10578 RESOLUTION NO. 10578
WHEREAS, it is proposed by the State of Florida, through
the State Road Department of Florida, to locate, construct and
maintain or improve a portion of State Road No. 25, over and
across Biscayne Bay (36th Street Causeway) in Dade County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to
said project is held under an easement for storm sewers by the City
of Miami Beach, Florida; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida a request has
been made for a subordination of the rights of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, as held under the aforesaid easement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Miami
Beach that said request be granted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the said request of the
State of Florida be and the same is hereby granted, and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are hereby duly authorized and directed to
execute all necessary instruments to effect such subordination
of easement .
