Resolution 10582 RESOLUTION NO. 10582
WHEREAS the City of Miami Beach and Raymond A. Baker
heretofore entered into an agreement whereby the City of Miami
Beach employed the said Raymond A. Baker as an assistant to the
Manager of the Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall, and
WHEREAS said agreement was thereafter amended and renewed,
and
WHEREAS said agreement as amended and renewed expired on
June 6, 1961, and
WHEREAS the City of Miami Beach and the said Raymond A.
Baker desire to extend said agreement, as modified, for an additional
period of two (2) years, ending on June 5, 1963, at an annual salary
of Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Five ($9, 975 .00) Dollars,
payable in equal semi-monthly installments of Four Hundred Fifteen
Dollars and Sixty three cents ($415 . 63)
NOW THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach and that the
disbursing officers of the City be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to make the payments therein specified as the same
become due and payable.
